Ismael is Tobias's classmate, meaning he's in 8ºC. He came from Brazil and has lived here for 2 years. During this time, he's noticed many differences between Brazil and Portugal, such as the food, the people, and the beauty of the countries.

Regarding the similarities between the two countries, he says there aren't that many, but one of the most obvious is the language, since they also speak Portuguese in Brazil.

Back in Brazil, on school days, he had classes until noon, whereas here he has to stay until 5:30 in the afternoon. At this school, he has already made friends and likes them very much. The school lunch impressed him the most, because it was different in his country.

According to him, the level of education here is higher than in Brazil, meaning the subject matter is more complicated. But he doesn't find it very difficult, only with a few words that might differ from European Portuguese.

Ismael misses his family, as they are in his country, and he also misses his traditional food :)
He thinks that foreigners adapt well to life in Portugal because the Portuguese are very friendly and helpful.
