Thymeo came from France, is Joaquin's classmate and has been in Portugal for four years.
In his opinion, food and architecture are the factors that differentiate Portugal and France, but religion is what unites them.
He likes the security at this school, as he thinks it is safer here. He also likes his classmates and teachers, but what impressed him most was the fact that the school is bigger and has more school services, such as a library, a photocopying service, a stationery shop, among others. When asked what he thought about learning Portuguese and whether he found it difficult, Thymeo replied that ‘the language is different, but it's not very difficult to learn.’
Thymeo misses his friends in France more, which is normal because he was born there, but despite this, he thinks that foreigners can integrate well in Portugal because this country is safer and has friendlier people.
The student wanted to receive more support in Portuguese and English, as he believes it would help him a lot.
